“We must begin by experiencing what we want to express.” Vincent Van Gogh

As a painter, I immerse myself in the exploration of colors, textures and shapes.

Each artwork is a creative adventure, mixing technique and spontaneity. Attached to this spirit of freedom, I draw my inspiration from travel and I use various techniques, from watercolor to acrylic passing by oil, to express my vision of the world, transcribe and transmit my emotions.

Biography

  • “The discipline of art requires freedom.” Stanislaw Jerzy Lec , Polish poet.

Laure-Anne SARRON is an artist born in Paris, where she studied communication. Having started her career in the advertising industry, she developed a keen sense of visual expression and aesthetics. After several years in this sector, she decided to devote herself entirely to art, joining various studios, resuming her studies at the Beaux-Arts de Paris (NABA) and studying at the London Art College, where she graduated with a degree in drawing and painting, with distinction.

In 2026, she will represent France as an artistic ambassador at the 9th edition of Art Connects Women in Dubai, postponed to November 2026, curated by ZeeArts Gallery and under the patronage of UNESCO.

She received the Woman Art Award (Musa International) for her participation in international exhibitions in London in 2025 and Milan in 2026, as part of the Woman Essence project, which highlights the commitment and creativity of women artists in the field of contemporary art.

She also participates in international curatorial projects, notably ‘Artist on the French Riviera 2025’ and ‘Artist in Art History 2026’ (Fondation Effetto Arte, Nice), resulting in publications in contemporary art catalogues.

She is also passionate about photography, which she has been developing alongside her other work, refining it as a source of inspiration for her art.

Art has always been a part of her life from a very young age. Fascinated by colours, shapes and textures, she has explored various artistic techniques to express her vision of the world. Her travels have been an inexhaustible source of inspiration, feeding her imagination and enriching her creative world. Each new destination offers her the opportunity to explore new artistic horizons and discover fresh perspectives. The landscapes, nature, cultures and encounters experienced during her travels are reflected in each of her works, offering a unique and authentic perspective on the world around her.

  • “To paint is to make appear an image which is not that of the natural appearance of things, but which has the force of reality.” Raoul Dufy

Above all, Laure-Anne seeks to preserve her spirit of freedom. She experiments with a variety of techniques and tackles diverse subjects, determined not to confine herself to any specific style or artistic genre. Her artistic approach is resolutely eclectic, blending influences and inspirations to create unique and distinctive works. Curious and versatile, her approach is characterised by experimentation. She constantly seeks to push the boundaries of her art and explore new avenues.

Through her paintings, she strives to capture the very essence of emotions and her experiences. Each canvas reflects a moment in life, an encounter, an intense feeling. Her colour palette is rich and vibrant, reflecting the diversity and complexity of the world around us. Based on her photographs—the result of careful observation and a desire to convey her sensibility—her works are an invitation to travel, a window onto enchanting landscapes and atmospheres.

Beyond this artistic practice, she is driven by a perpetual quest for meaning and beauty.
Her practice thus forms part of an exploration of colour as a sensory experience, in which painting becomes less a space for representation and more a place to be experienced.
