PILLARS

In this work, painted in acrylic on linen canvas, the lightness of the pinkish background contrasts with the sharp, lively lines of the seven pillars, in sharp colors.

Inspired by natural elements, the piles of dykes, the breakwaters of Brittany's beaches and the pignot of the oyster farmers, are all essential supports and stabilizers of their environment. In this artwork, the pillars embody the foundations that structure our existence, the often deeply-rooted anchor points  on which we rely to move forward in our daily lives. Like a mantra, each strip carries a profound message and represents a cornerstone of my life: family, children, travel, freedom, entertainment, art and friendship.

The piece invites us to reflect on the importance of these invisible but essential foundations, which shape our lives and offer us a path to personal growth. Original artwork handmade and signed.
